I ordered my flowers late at night for a funeral the next afternoon that I was unable to attend at the last minute. Kleins gave me email confirmations and delivery updates every step of the way, which relieved my anxiety about my flowers arriving on time. Bouquet was beautiful, felivered on time and just as pictured. Recipient's loved ones really appreciated it. Slightly disappointed that name was misspelled on card even though it was written correctly in the on line order.
